Hort Module The Horticulture module gives the orchard manager or produce grower the ability to map orchards along with trees and acreage. The system will map the fruit of produce varieties within a block or field. The general and harvesting labor costs are recorded for individual varieties, fields, or blocks. The horticulture module coupled with the piecework payroll module will track the total and average yields.
Piecework Payroll

Easy Picker Ticket Entry
Use today's bar code technology to enter picker tickets quickly and accurately. A bar code printed on the picker tickets is used to identify the orchard, variety, and bin type.
Extensive Employee Reporting
This software includes standard payroll reports as well and easy to use new hire reports, piecework summaries, and W2 details. EBMS will verify minimum wage payments with makeup pay for piecework employees. Payroll history is maintained for seven or more years. Timecard and piecework detail is not discarded at the close of the payroll period or year. Employee benefits are calculated and reported based on calendar year or the employee’s anniversary.
Order Entry
EBMS includes a complete order entry system. The software includes a complete customer history, tracks product sales, processes accounts receivables, and generates customer statements. The system can be linked to an on-line e-commerce system.
Production Tracking
EBMS tracks the yield history per block or per acre based on a fruit type or variety. Yield summary reports listing management information such as yield per acre are important in deciding which fields are profitable. Annual comparisons can be made to see orchard trends.
Flexible
All of the reports within EBMS are generated using a power Crystal Report generater. The system is capable of interfacing with other software, packing devices, and bar code scanners.
